Shipping policy

 


We ship goods Monday – Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. We do not ship at the weekend.

Our normal business hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm GMT, Monday – Friday. Please note any time difference when contacting us.

 

Ready-to-ship goods are normally dispatched within 72 working hours of receiving confirmation of cleared payment.

Pre-Order goods are dispatched in accordance to their dispatch date stated clearly at time of purchase.

 

The purchased item will only be sent to the address on the payment confirmation and this cannot be amended after payment is received. Please check your shipping details carefully before confirming your order. We are not responsible for incorrect address information entered at checkout.

 

UK SHIPPING

  • We use Royal Mail Tracked to ship all items within the UK
  • Our standard option is Tracked 48 from £4.99. Tracked 48 takes 2-3 working days to arrive (on average).
  • For a multiple product order, combined shipping costs will automatically calculate at the checkout, if the items in your basket have the same dispatch date
  • If you are ordering items with differing shipment dates within the same order, these will be shipped separately and combined shipping discount will not apply. This will be calculated at the checkout. 

     

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    • We ship internationally to a wide range of countries including the US, Canada,
      Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Japan.

      Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to countries within Europe and Northern
      Ireland. This is due to trading complexities since the UK left the European
      Union (EU) and to the provisions of more recent regulations affecting all
      imports to the EU and European Economic Area (EEA).

     

    We cannot be responsible for unexpected delays in Customs or delays arising from the processing of local postal/delivery services.

    The buyer is responsible for the payment of any import duties, tariffs and/or local taxes that may apply, including VAT and any handling or administration fees which may be levied by local postal/delivery services. (To avoid unexpected costs and delays, we recommend checking what these will be before committing to purchase.)

    Please bear in mind any time difference when ordering or contacting us.

     

    International Shipping Costs

    • For Ears we ship all our items using Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed-For services. 
    • Average delivery time is 14 working days. This may be longer during busy Seasonal times of November-January.
    • The delivery cost is based on the weight of the order.
    • As a guide, shipping for a single pair of ears to the US is £27.99 (Inclusive of Tariff charges.)
    • For other Rest of the World international countries. Shipping for a single pair of ears is £17.99. 

       


    • For a multiple product order, combined shipping costs will automatically calculate at the checkout, if the items in your basket have the same dispatch date. 
    • If you are ordering items with differing shipment dates within the same order, these will be shipped separately and combined shipping discount will not apply. This will be calculated automatically at the checkout. 

       

      ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

      For Ear purchases, once dispatched you will receive your order confirmation number via email followed by a tracking number that can be followed online at www.royalmail.com. If you have not received your item in 7 working days for UK customers, or 20 working days for international shipments, please email hello@earsbypixie.co.uk with your full name and order number. Please allow up to 48 hours response time.

       

      Damaged Goods

      Please notify us as soon as possible via email at hello@earsbypixie.co.uk stating your Order Number & name, if you receive a product that is damaged in shipment and record the details on the carrier’s form. Please send us a photo of the damaged goods and packaging.
