Where do you ship to & what payment methods do you accept?

We ship internationally; to a wide range of countries including the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong & Japan and more.

We currently do not ship to countries within Europe (apart from the UK). This is due to shipping complexities since the UK left the European Union. However, contact us via email and we can discuss how we can assist you in making an order.

To check whether we ship to your country, at checkout please enter your shipping information and you will be able to view the drop down list of countries, alternatively contact us via email if you are unsure.

The only payment method that we accept is PayPal. Please ensure that you have a PayPal account set up and ready, to be able to make a purchase.

How much do your ears weigh?

The weights of the ears vary by design, depending on their individual embellishments, specific to their themes.

Generally ears are on average between 105g – 140g. Glass Exquisite ears are slightly heavier on average 160g – 180g.

A lot of development has been undertaken to ensure the headbands are flexible and cushioned to be as comfortable as possible - there's no pinching like some Parks ears tend to.

We have personally tested our Ears and have worn them for consecutive entire full Park days, over a duration of 2 full weeks, with complete comfort.

What is the current wait time on Pre Orders?

Current pre-order completion dates are stated clearly on the product photo and description at time of ordering. It varies by design, between 8-12 weeks.

When is the next ready to ship release of ears?/ How often to you release ready to ship ears?

We aim to have a selection of ready to ship ears at each monthly shop opening (alongside pre-orders) however this can vary. For the latest update & news for ready to ship releases & ready to ship sale dates please follow our Instagram @earsbypixie

Has my order been dispatched?

For ready to ship ears we aim to dispatch within 72 working hours of receiving cleared payment confirmation. You will receive an automatic email informing you that your ears have been dispatched, along with your tracking number. Please check your junk email folder, as sometimes the email can come through to this folder.

If you have not received a dispatch email by the estimated date you would expect, please send an email to hello@earsbypixie.co.uk with your query and corresponding order number. Occasionally at checkout emails have been inputted incorrectly, but it's no trouble to re-send your dispatch email again.

For pre-order ears please make note of your preorder dispatch date. The date of dispatch (by which time your Ears have been made and completed, and sent out to you) is stated on the product e and description at time of purchase. This will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email.

Once they have been completed you will receive an automatic email informing you that your ears have been dispatched, along with your tracking number.

Whats the difference between ready to ship and pre order ears?

Ready to ship ears are already made and completed. They are ready to send out within 72 working hours after completing your purchase.

Pre-order ears are made to order for you, once you have purchased them. There is a wait time for these to be completed before dispatching and shipping out to you. Completion time is stated at time of purchase.

What materials do you use and where do you get them?

Each pair is handmade in the UK from start to finish and takes several hours to make. Some designs can take signficantly longer than others. Each element is hand finished. Every rhinestone/crystal is precisely hand placed.

To preserve the magic of the Ears, we keep the material, construction and fabric information private.

Do you make seasonal / holiday ears?

Yes, we make seasonal specific ears for Halloween & Christmas/Winter Holidays. Please keep an eye on my Instagram for updates and information on when these may be available.

I want to purchase 'X' design of ears I've seen, how can I do this?

Every monthly shop opening, the designs available vary to include brand new designs and returning favourites, based on feedback from customers of what designs they wish to see. To know which designs will be available each month a preview will be shown on the website and instagram stories the week leading up to shop opening.

We often give the opportunity on Instagram stories to have your say on what designs you want each month, so make sure you're following the @earsbypixie account!

Some designs shown on instagram are previous custom orders or limited edition ears, which won't be available for general shop release and unfortunately cannot be ordered. I generally disclose this information in the caption whether a design is Custom made.
