UK SHIPPING:

Ears

  • We use Royal Mail Tracked to ship all items within the UK
  • Our standard option is Tracked 48 from £2.99. We offer an Express Tracked 24 service from £4.50.
  • For a multiple product order, combined shipping costs will automatically calculate at the checkout.
  • Tracked 48 takes 2-3 working days to arrive. (average)
  • Tracked 24 takes 1-2 working days to arrive. (average)

 

Ear Storage Bags

  • We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard and shipping is from £2.99 (3 working days on average)
  • Express service is from £4.49 (1-2 working days on average)
  • For a multiple product order, combined shipping costs will automatically calculate at the checkout.

 

Face Masks

  • We use Royal Mail 2nd Class standard shipping which is Free. (3 working days on average)
  • Express service is £2.99 (1-2 working days on average)

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • We ship internationally.
  • Average delivery time is on average 14 working days. This may be longer during busy Seasonal times of November-January.

 

Luxury Ears

  • For Luxury Ears We ship all our items using Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed-For services.
  • The delivery cost is based on the weight of the order. As a guide, shipping for a single pair of ears would cost £11.95. For a multiple product order, combined shipping costs will automatically calculate at the checkout.

 

Ear Storage Bags

  • For Luxury Ear storage bags we ship with Royal Mail International Standard.
  • The delivery cost is based on the weight of the order. As a guide, shipping for a single Storage bag would cost £6.99. For a multiple product order, combined shipping costs will automatically calculate at the checkout.

 

Face Masks

  • For Face Masks we ship with Royal Mail International Standard.
  • The delivery cost is £3.99
  • We cannot be responsible for unexpected delays in Customs. The buyer is responsible for any import duties that may apply.
  • Please bear in mind any time difference when ordering or contacting us.

 

BOTH UK & INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

PLEASE NOTE – we are not responsible for incorrect address information entered at checkout. Purchases made by Paypal will only be sent to the address on the payment confirmation. We are unable to amend address details after payment is received.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

For Ear purchases, once dispatched you will receive your order confirmation number via email followed by a tracking number that can be followed online at www.royalmail.com. If you have not received your item in 7 working days for UK customers, or 20 working days for international shipments, please email hello@earsbypixie.co.uk with your full name and order number. Please allow up to 48 hours response time.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

Please notify us as soon as possible if you receive a product that is damaged in shipment and record the details on the carrier’s form. If possible, send us a photo of the damaged goods and packaging.

 

General:

Ready-to-ship goods are normally dispatched within 48 working hours of payment receipt. We ship goods Monday – Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. We do not ship at the weekend. Our normal business hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm GMT, Monday – Friday.
